Results for the Open Call for participation at the exhibition ‘We Are Not Like Them’

Within the Open Call for the participation at the exhibition We Are Not Like Them four membered jury: curators from MMSU – Katerina Jovanović, Ksenija Orelj, Marina Tkalčić and Vana Gović – curator from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral chose 13 of following artists and their art projects:

  5. Gildo Bavčević – 021_123 (2017)

  6. Ivana Keser – Genealogija (1991)

  7. Lana Čmajčanin – Balkangreuel – Balkan Cruelty (2019)

  8. Mirna Kutleša – Plava krv (2019)

  9. Zvukospjevi (Nicole Hewitt, Vida Guzmić, Ivan Slipčević) – Mjesečarke (2019)

  10. Nika Autor – Newsreel 62 – Family and Worker (2019)

  11. Olga Dimitrijević – (Ne) verujem u heroje (2019)

  12. Simon Farid – Institutions Are Just Groups of Workers, Arranged (2019)

  13. Vangjush Vellahu – Fragments I 2015-2018 (Where Stories Cut Across the Land)

 

Total of 110 art projects proposals were registered to the Open Call.

Exibition We Are Not Like Them will be held, as a last (4th) large-scale exhibition within EU project RISK CHANGE, from October 4th until November 10th, 2019 in the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Rijeka.
